Almost every hire company in London will turn you away until you are 21 or 25. We insure drivers from 18 on most of our fleet, which means you can arrive at prom in the car — not in the back of someone else’s.

Book it in March, not in June

Every school in East London runs prom in the same three weeks, and there are twenty-four cars. The Golf Rs and the Hermes Sprinter go first, and once they are gone we cannot make another one. If you know your date, send it now — holding a car costs you nothing but the deposit conversation.

I passed my test last month. Is that enough?+

Usually, but the insurer looks at how long you have held the licence, not just your age — so send us your age, your pass date and a DVLA check code and we will confirm before you commit to anything. Provisional and international licences are not accepted.

My parents are paying. What do they need to know?+

Insurance is confirmed with your quote (included on most of the fleet), mileage is 100 per day, and the deposit varies per car and is confirmed before anything is paid. We film a walk-round of the car with the driver at handover and again at return, so the condition is documented both ways. They are welcome to message the same number and ask directly.

Can I have it for one evening rather than a day?+

Ask. Prom evenings are a special case — most prom bookings are a single day, collected in the afternoon and back the next morning. Tell us the timings you actually need and we will price the real thing rather than a package.

Can we book two cars?+

Yes, and it is common — an RS3 and a Golf R, or the SVR plus the Hermes Sprinter for everyone else. Message with both and we will price them together and make sure they are delivered to the same place at the same time.
